UNCG Students Recognized at the SouthEastern Division of the Association of American Geography Annual Meeting

Two of the five papers selected for the Doctoral Honors Paper competition at this year’s annual SEDAAG meeting in Starkville, Mississippi are from UNCG. They include Makoto Ikegaya who will be presenting a paper titled “The Geography of the Creative Class in the Greater Tokyo Area” and Pankaj Bajracharya who will talk about “Modeling Urban Growth and Land Cover in Albuquerque, New Mexico Using SLEUTH“. Congratulations to both students. Other students in the session were from major flagship schools including the University of Tennessee, the University of Alabama and Virginia Tech.
