Dr. Debbage and his son, Neil Debbage, Assistant Professor of Geography at the University of Texas at San Antonio recently published in the flagship journal Annals of Tourism Research (5-year Impact Factor: 6.6). The article was titled “Aviation Carbon Emissions, Route Choice and Tourist Destinations: Are Non-Stop Routes a Remedy? (https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0160738319301227). Dr. Debbage recently presented the findings to the European Tourism Research Institute in Sweden.
