Congratulations to UNCG alumnus Dr. Thomas Patterson (PhD 2017) who has been hired as an assistant professor of geography at the University of Southern Mississippi beginning fall 2019. Dr. Patterson is a physical geographer with a focus on dendroclimatology and dendroecology.
