About

Dr. Miller’s work lies in environmental planning, at the intersection of building health communities, green infrastructure, and social justice. She received her PhD in Urban & Regional Planning from Florida State University. 

She is committed to being active in her local space, including serving on advisory boards, speaking up on local issues, or volunteering on projects. Dr. Miller’s passion for teaching shows in her engaging and collaborative teaching style. She believes that education does change the world and that a class can create knowledge together.
