Why MSSE? Online modality, costs, content. The interdisciplinarity of the program and collaborating with her peers has expanded her horizons. Alexandra says, “I discover new potential avenues and goals with each class.”
Her advice: Slow and steady wins the race, even if that means only taking one class a semester. Pace yourself, and get ahead on coursework when you can!
Post-graduation, Alexandra wants to work in sustainable food systems. Having previous experience working with FoodCorps, she wants to build upon this and use her degree to pursue education and food access & sustainability.
